Our decaf is a blend of coffees from the Swiss Water company. Honey, maple syrup, and vanilla flavors make this an excellent dessert coffee.

Traditional decafs involve the use of chemical solvents such as benzine, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. The Swiss Water process is 100% chemical free. Organic coffees and water-process decaffeination are a natural fit. Why buy an organic coffee that is then decaffeinated with the use of chemicals?
