This a deep and earthy coffee. Its taste is due in part to the dry processing (also known as unwashed or natural coffee) that it undergoes at origin. It is excellent for blending with coffees of other origins. This is typically our best selling single origin coffee. We source this coffee from the Persatuan Petani Kopi Gayo Organik Cooperative in Indonesia.
